Quotes. Quotes are fixed and in writing, based on the sizes, photos or survey provided. If the opening turns out materially different from what was described, we will re-quote before starting — never after finishing.
Booking and access. We agree a fitting date when you accept the quote. Please make sure the opening is accessible on the day; abortive visits caused by no access may be charged.
Materials. Timber is pressure-treated softwood unless otherwise agreed. Timber is a natural material: small splits, knots and colour variation are normal and not defects.
Payment. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Trade and commercial accounts by arrangement.
Guarantee. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee covers defects in our work, not impact damage, vehicle strikes, or alterations by others.
